The Philippines is the third-largest English-speaking country in the world with a 95.6% literacy rate. English is learned beginning in primary school, making their English accent much easier to understand than other outsourcing countries. Every year the country produces more than one million college graduates! They are very hardworking and creative people. Their English proficiency and kind demeanor make them excellent live agents.  Ten percent  of the Philippines’ GDP comes from call centers.
